Tuck yourself away in one of the super cosy love seats in the cocktail bar. Shaker Pim Groothuis has curated a truly badass cocktail menu, but do ask for your favourite classic cocktail if you prefer and he’ll shake one for you, with love. The bites on the cocktail menu are not “the usual suspects” – think oysters, nori-kumquat cakes and a tarte flambé with reblochon and red onion… Need I say more?
And for the real wine lover there is an excellent wine list and wine bar. Feel free to drop in for just a glass of wine and a selection of beautiful cheeses.
